Connecting Dreams to Bible Passages: Tents, Water, Trees & Colors

Here’s a short video where I’m discussing one of my own recent dreams where I was standing under a tent with a tree on one side of me and some guys doing work on the other side. What I’m highlighting here is how you can take each symbolic element in your own dreams and find them in the Bible. When you do that, you can find the meaning of your dream in the passages that come up. This is a top method of Bible-based dream interpreting. Check this and other videos where I discuss the meaning of many dreams.

Symbols Discussed & Questions Answered

Here are the symbols I’m discussing and the possible Biblical meanings in a dream:

  • Tents
  • Trees
  • Water
  • White & blue colors
  • Your position with respect to objects (being in the center)

Key Bible Passages

“How lovely are your tents, O Jacob! Your dwellings, O Israel!
Numbers 24:5 (NKJV)

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.
Proverbs 13:12 (NKJV)

Then I answered and said to him, “What are these two olive trees–at the right of the lampstand and at its left?” And I further answered and said to him, “What are these two olive branches that drip into the receptacles of the two gold pipes from which the golden oil drains?” Then he answered me and said, “Do you not know what these are?” And I said, “No, my lord.” So he said, “These are the two anointed ones, who stand beside the Lord of the whole earth.”
Zechariah 4:11-14 (NKJV)
