4 Practical Keys To Buying Houses, Buildings & Paying Expenses Without Any Money

If you have ever been in a position where God wanted you to move to a new city and start a massive global business with no money of your own, you might want to read this. Today’s blog is a very relevant update to the “Mega Prophecy” invention that I’m currently in the midst of walking out. What I will tell you today are a few of the primary action steps God has given me to accomplish in order to get into my own “promised land”. What is in here are very practical keys that I have been using myself which you can also use to obtain things you need within the realm of the Kingdom of God.

Lifelong Patterns Contradicted Kingdom Principles

For most of my life, I had no knowledge of the principles I am about to tell you. Instead, the only thing I was taught was how to obtain things in life by worldly methods which include working a normal job, paying your bills, living within your means, etc. These all seem logical, wise and in accordance with common sense but, they will not get you very far if you are to accomplish anything great for God. Unfortunately, these are the only principles that most churches know anything about and so their members never achieve very much in their lifetimes.

My path to learning all that I will tell you today was very hard and I had many days where my brain short circuited because, based on my lifelong learning and experience, I could not comprehend how these principles would work. In short, God required me to go about everything you see here totally by faith and almost nothing beyond that (ie: basically no money of my own).

Everything I am writing below are the steps I have taken in the last few months up to today. These are several of the primary tasks God wanted me and my wife to take in order to get the house we will live in, the building we will need to build the invention and to pay all personal expenses. Some of these were very hard to do because they required a level of faith that I had not previously established. Remember… we had to do all this with almost NONE of our own money.

Faith Requires Action

Probably the first thing we need to know is that any step of faith requires action. You will never get anywhere until you take the first step but, when you have to do that without any resources of your own, that is where the challenge comes in. If you have not seen it yet, I wrote a blog about a dream I had where God showed me a supernatural marvel ability to walk on water. In the explanation of that dream, I showed where the resource / teaching for that interpretation came from and how it meant two things: 1) to literally walk on water, and 2) to step out in faith on nothing and trust God to provide every step of the way.

When I had that dream, I thought I had already gained that ability. But, when I had to go on my trip from New York to Texas to Colorado, I quickly found out I was sorely lacking in some areas. I started out my trip expecting that ALL the money God showed from the beginning would be in my bank account. It was very disturbing to find out that I would only receive a very tiny percentage of what I was originally told.

Paying hotel bills, phone bills, food and gas became a MAJOR problem after a few weeks passed. Trust me, you do not want to hear what I was thinking or what I said during that time. (Yes, there is a longer version of this story which I will tell at a later time.)

When the Israelites crossed the Jordan into the promised land, they had to do many things by faith, trusting that God would do what they were incapable of in their own human abilities. But the main point here is that they took action by physically crossing the Jordan and engaging in many wars. Anything we are going to accomplish for God will require faith. And faith requires ACTION.

Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
James 2:17 (KJV)

Below are some of the action steps God told my wife and I to take in the last few months of our new journey…

1 – Write It Down & Be Very Exact

If you are looking for a house, be very specific about what size you want or need. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? How many square feet? In what general location do you want to live? What is the appearance / style of house you want to live in? In the case of buying a building, do the same thing – get the exact size dimensions you need and the location where you want your business to be established. I even had a dream showing me I needed to go back and refigure the internal dimensions for a room where the invention will be constructed.

Once you have found that house or building, then start making a very exact list of the furniture you need to put inside it. This is where action step #3 comes in – you physically GO and look for those things. This writing action step must be very specific. Unless you write down EXACTLY what you want / need for each item, you are not fulfilling the requirement as stated in the verse below…

And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Something I learned very quickly when putting together the notes and drawings of the invention is that God is an engineer. That means He is VERY specific about how He wants things done in technical terms. Think back to how Noah built the Ark or how the tabernacle was constructed. God gave very specific instructions for how each item or object was to be made including the dimensions and type of materials. He did the same for me with the technical design of the invention! Therefore, when you are making your list for this action step, you must do the same – write it down and be very exact.

2 – Speak It Regularly

After you have made your above list, you must go over it regularly and speak it out. In my case, my wife and I had to read over that list and talk about it out loud (not just in our minds). Being honest, this became annoying after a while because of how many times we had to do it. My approach was then to just take parts of the list and speak about those things that stood out to me most, rather than start from item #1 and go down to #100 every single day.

Not only must you read and speak your list regularly, but you must take up your kingly position and command those things to come to you. Yes, for those not trained in true Kingdom of God principles, this sounds ridiculous. However, this is exactly what Jesus said in the verse below. He DID teach us to SPEAK and command things to happen just as a king does. When you stop taking this verse below as just some parable and start putting it into practice literally, now you are beginning the process of making things come to you.

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Let me make a point to say that in the process of this action step, you are going to find out how much faith you really have that all this will happen. Go back and look at these verses – Jesus said if you do NOT doubt in your heart… I cannot say I had perfect faith during this process. In some cases, God said straight out that I lacked faith. In other cases, I got so aggravated because my brain short circuited due to not seeing things manifest in real life after having already spoken things numerous times.

If you look again at the verse below, the word “shall” means an unknown future time. Just because the thing does not show up the next day after commanding it to come, that does not mean it is not coming. This delay between commanding a thing and seeing the real life manifestation is where faith begins to have problems (trust me…)

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

3 – Go Shopping

This is the step you must take often in order to gather your list which you started making in action step #1 above. You must physically go and look for the house, building, furniture, car, etc. In the teaching, “The Spirit of Joshua: The Joshua Generation“, by David E. Taylor, we learn that you must do exactly as the Israelites were commanded to do – you must physically put your feet on the ground that you want to become yours and command it to come to you.

In my case, I physically went regularly to the car dealer and looked at the exact SUV I wanted. My wife and I went to the house we wanted repeatedly and walked around and through it, taking photos and making a list of everything we needed to put inside of it (furniture, decorations, etc). We went to the building we need for the invention business and walked into it and around it 7+ times, just as Joshua commanded the Israelites to do at Jericho.

When you do this step, it will be similar to action step #1 in that you must take pictures of each item you want and get an idea of how much they will cost. You can also screenshot items on a store website but that does not preclude you from having to actually GO to the store and see each item up close in person. This is a step my wife and I did many, many times for the furniture, houses and buildings (we still are!!)

Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.

4 – Exercise Atomic Faith

If you have never heard the teaching by David E. Taylor on Protons, I strongly recommend you get it now and start putting it into practice. I have mentioned this several times, including in my Marvel Dream Revelations ebook and video series. In order to work any type of supernatural marvelic ability, you must have the knowledge of protons as explained in that teaching.

In practical terms, faith is very much like an atom. You have a proton and neutron in the middle of the atom, all surrounded by electrons. Protons are positive charges. Electrons are negative charges. Faith is therefore, a positive force surrounded by negative circumstances. If you have never tried causing things to move (like money or resources) just by using your faith (plus any specific tasks God assigns you), then you have no idea how hard this can be. Especially, if you were programmed as I was by worldly ways as I described at the top of this blog!!

If you stop and think about it, you almost never see Christians doing anything unusual in the supernatural realm. The reason is because of how hard it is to develop this “atomic faith”. If it was easy, you would see Christians doing all sorts of supernatural acts every day. The fact we do not see very much is because there is no faith on this level resident in any of them! And the reason for that is because of how much the church has lost and how pathetic and weak its teaching is most of the time.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

This above is a short list of the primary action steps / keys that God has been telling my wife and I to complete in the process of gaining all that we came to Colorado for. When we finally obtain the house and building, I will post that in an update. As I have indicated elsewhere in recent blogs / podcasts, I really thought this was going to be a MUCH simpler, easier and faster process. It has been anything but that.
